A good experience

I am uncertain how ITI is questioning its integrity and dignity by employing certain pre-service instructors who do not effectively convey their knowledge. Fluency in any language does not inherently equate to the ability to train or instruct. Kamal, with all due respect and humility, is not a trainer but a learner. He typically requires at least five years to develop into a competent trainer. I hope my message is clearly conveyed, and I trust that ITI, which has always been my preferred institution for learning, will carefully consider this matter.

It was really informative and productive workshop. I found answer to some of my questions that I were hesitating about students' complaining of loads of materials given by teachers

I hope the teacher understands that Saturday may not be an off day to everyone, I really made a hard effort to set aside time so that I could attend the workshop. I hoped to learn something from the trainer and make use of it, not that the trainer thinks we are his real students and starts giving us many tasks without teaching us, forgetting that we are there to learn. If I was meant to read the texts on my own and answer the questions on my own, then I would have preferred another time and I didn't need to take part in the workshop.
