5. Payments and Fees

• Fees are determined by the respective training centers, not by ELTica.
• Payments are processed directly by the centers or their designated partners.
• Refunds, if applicable, are subject to the center's refund policy.
• ELTica does not directly process or hold payment information on behalf of users.

All trademarks, logos, software, and content on ELTica are owned by ELTica or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any material without prior written permission from ELTica.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that may harm ELTica or its users.

8. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, ELTica and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of the platform.
