Full name, email address, telephone number, date of birth, user account credentials, submitted application forms, interview performance records, written or spoken language assessments, and associated evaluator feedback.

Google Account & Calendar Integration (OAuth Data):

Authorized personnel at participating training centers may voluntarily authenticate via Google Sign-In using OAuth 2.0 protocols. When authorized, the Platform accesses only your basic user profile (name, profile picture) and email address for identity verification and account mapping. For automated scheduling, the Platform requests permission to programmatically create and manage a dedicated secondary calendar explicitly titled "ELTica Interviews". The Platform does not access, read, modify, or delete events on your primary or any other pre-existing calendars.

Technical & Usage Logs:

Device identifiers, browser types and versions, Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, time zone configurations, and interaction telemetry processed for system security and optimization. We utilize persistent and session-based cookies strictly for authentication tokens, core session state functionality, and user-experience preservation.

Audio & Assessment Data:

Audio recordings uploaded by applicants during assessment modules are securely processed and stored solely for the purpose of English-language proficiency evaluations and tutor review.

Communications & Direct Marketing:

Upon user account registration, your email address may be added to our transactional and platform update distribution list. 2. How We Process Your Information

We process personal data under strict purpose-limitation principles to:

  • Maintain, provision, and secure the ELTica platform infrastructure
  • Facilitate course applications, performance assessments, and admissions workflows
  • Synchronize authorized interview schedules strictly within the isolated "ELTica Interviews" secondary calendar
  • Provide administrative data management tools to authorized teacher training centers hosting courses
  • Dispatch critical system alerts, transaction receipts, and essential platform updates
  • Ensure compliance with applicable legal frameworks, statutory demands, and regulatory requirements

ELTica does not monetize, rent, or utilize personal information for third-party targeted behavioral advertising.

3. Google API Compliance & Limited Use

Our integration with Google API Services strictly adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, specifically enforcing its stringent Limited Use requirements:

  • Data accessed via Google OAuth protocols is strictly restricted to executing automated calendar-based scheduling functionalities inside the platform.
  • We strictly prohibit the transfer, sale, or disclosure of Google user data to third-party ad networks, data brokers, or information aggregators.
  • The Platform strictly enforces data minimization, requesting exclusively the lowest level of API scopes necessary to provision the integrated features.

4. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, barter, or lease user data. Personal information is disclosed exclusively to the following categories of recipients under strict confidentiality bounds:

  • Your Designated Training Center: Authorized administrators and tutors receive access to your specific application records to assess your course eligibility.
  • Authorized Data Processors: Trusted third-party vendors operating under strict Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) providing managed infrastructure, secure hosting, and communication streams (e.g., Postmark).
  • Judicial and Law Enforcement Authorities: Disclosures are executed strictly if required to comply with enforceable legal warrants, court orders, or statutory mandates.

Data Siloing: Each teacher training center is technically sandboxed and can strictly access only the datasets explicitly submitted to their respective institution.

5. Data Retention Periods

  • We retain personal information for the duration necessary to fulfill the service delivery purposes outlined in this policy, or to fulfill your active user account lifecycle.
  • Users retain the right to request a formal account erasure at any time, subject to statutory data retention obligations held by training centers.
