In order to provide, operate, and optimize our platform services, we process several categories of data:
Personal & Application Data:
Full name, email address, telephone number, date of birth, user account credentials, submitted application forms, interview performance records, written or spoken language assessments, and associated evaluator feedback.
Google Account & Calendar Integration (OAuth Data):
Authorized personnel at participating training centers may voluntarily authenticate via Google Sign-In using OAuth 2.0 protocols. When authorized, the Platform accesses only your basic user profile (name, profile picture) and email address for identity verification and account mapping. For automated scheduling, the Platform requests permission to programmatically create and manage a dedicated secondary calendar explicitly titled "ELTica Interviews". The Platform does not access, read, modify, or delete events on your primary or any other pre-existing calendars.
Technical & Usage Logs:
Device identifiers, browser types and versions, Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, time zone configurations, and interaction telemetry processed for system security and optimization. We utilize persistent and session-based cookies strictly for authentication tokens, core session state functionality, and user-experience preservation.
Audio & Assessment Data:
Audio recordings uploaded by applicants during assessment modules are securely processed and stored solely for the purpose of English-language proficiency evaluations and tutor review.
Communications & Direct Marketing:
Upon user account registration, your email address may be added to our transactional and platform update distribution list.
