Personal & Application Information:

Name, email address, phone number, date of birth, account details, application forms, interview records, written or spoken assessments, and related evaluation data.

Google Account Data (For Calendar Integration):

Some center staff may connect their Google account to use our scheduling features. If you choose to connect your account, we access: your Google account email, your Google Calendar and availability (to read events and create/update/delete interview bookings). This information is used only to manage interview scheduling and to prevent double-bookings.

Other Information:

Device, browser, IP address, time zone, usage data for performance and security, and cookies for login, functionality, and user experience.

Audio Files:

Audio files submitted for assessments are processed securely for English-language evaluation.

When you register an account, your email may be added to our mailing list so we can send important updates. You can unsubscribe anytime at: eltica.org/unsubscribe

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Operate and improve ELTica
  • Manage applications, interviews, and assessments
  • Sync interview bookings with your connected Google Calendar
  • Support training centers using the platform
  • Send important notifications and service-related updates

We do not use your information for advertising or unrelated marketing.

3. Google API Compliance

Our use of Google account and calendar data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements:

  • We only use Google data to provide calendar-based scheduling
  • We do not transfer or sell your Google information
  • We request only the minimum data needed for the feature to work

  • Your Training Center, for managing your course or application
  • Trusted service providers, who process data on our behalf (e.g., secure hosting, assessment providers)
  • Authorities, only when legally required

Each training center can only access the data submitted to them.

  • We keep your information as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services.
  • You may request deletion of your account at any time.

  • Access or correct your personal data
  • Request deletion
  • Request a copy of your data
  • Withdraw consent for non-essential processing
