Applying to Courses

  • How can I apply to a course through ELTica?
    Create an account, complete your profile, and click Apply on your chosen course. That's it.
  • How can I find the most suitable course?
    Use filters such as location, format (online / face-to-face / blended), start and end date, discounts, and course type to find what best matches your goals.
  • When should I apply?
    As early as possible. Training centers offer limited seats, and demand is usually high, courses often fill up quickly.
  • What happens after I apply?

    CELTA & DELTA Courses: Apply to your chosen course on ELTica by completing the initial application and submitting the English proficiency tasks (one written, one spoken). For DELTA courses, the center will first review these to grant initial approval. Once approved, you will receive your pre-interview task to submit via the platform, followed by scheduling your interview. If the center extends an official offer, you can secure your place by paying the deposit before the deadline.

    Other courses: Requirements vary, but details are always provided on the course page.

Payments & Discounts

  • How does the payment process work?
    Payments are made directly to the school offering the course. ELTica does not process tuition fees.
  • Do you offer discounts?
    Yes, some centers offer limited-time discounts. To benefit, you must complete full payment before the discount expiry date, which is set by the school.
  • Do you have a refund policy?
    Refunds depend on the policy of the individual training center. Since ELTica does not handle payments, refunds are managed directly by the course provider.

Certificates

  • Do I get a certificate after completing my course?

    CELTA & Delta:Yes. If you pass successfully, you'll receive an official Cambridge certificate. The training center will mail it to the address listed in your ELTica profile, so be sure to keep your details up to date.

    Other ELT courses: The course page will indicate if a certificate is included. If it is, the partner school issues the certificate through ELTica, and it will be fully verifiable online upon successful completion.

  • How do I access my certificates?
    All certificates (except CELTA and Delta) are stored in your ELTica account. You'll also receive an email notification once a certificate has been issued. Certificates remain secure and permanently verifiable online, even if the issuing school is no longer active.
  • Can I verify certificates issued by ELTica?

    Yes. Every certificate issued through ELTica comes with a unique QR code. Scanning the code will display the certificate details, the issuing center, and the recipient's name.

    Log in to your ELTica account. Your dashboard shows real-time updates for every step of your application.
  • Do you offer free courses?
    Yes, ELTica provides free courses and workshops alongside CELTA, DELTA, and other professional programs.
  • Will ELTica integrate with learning platforms?
    Yes. Integrations with systems like Canvas and Moodle are in development.

Course Formats & Flexibility

  • Do you offer online, face-to-face, or blended courses?

    Yes. You can choose from:

    • Online courses — fully remote learning.
    • Face-to-face courses — taught at the training center.
    • Blended courses — a combination of online and in-person sessions.
  • Can I switch my course format later?
    This depends on the policy of the training center. Contact the school directly through your ELTica account to confirm.

    Submit a partnership request through our website. We verify each institution's accreditation and eligibility before onboarding to ensure quality and trust.

  • Can I use one account for multiple applications?
    Yes. One ELTica account manages all your applications across multiple centers.
  • Can I trust the courses on ELTica?

    All courses on ELTica are offered by authorized and accredited training centers worldwide. Each partner school is carefully verified before being listed on our platform.
