The session Why Students Get Overloaded (and What Teachers Can Do About It) was very insightful and practical. It clearly explained the reasons students often feel overwhelmed and offered realistic strategies teachers can use to reduce unnecessary cognitive load. I especially appreciated the focus on simplifying instructions, pacing learning more carefully, and being more intentional about task design. It was a useful reminder that effective teaching is not about giving more, but about helping students manage learning in a more meaningful and sustainable way.
