Course Overview

These intensive two-day workshops use participatory, theatre-based methods inspired by Augusto Boal’s Forum Theatre to support professional development. Through activities adapted from Applied Theatre, participants identify real workplace challenges, re-enact them in short dramatic scenarios, and present them to an invited audience to explore solutions. This bottom-up, participant-centred approach creates a safe, fictional space for reflection, encourages multiple perspectives, and focuses on generating practical solutions that inspire meaningful action and change.
