The content of this workshop was effective and productive. Several GTKY (Get To Know You) activities were performed; the instructions for applying them, the impact of the activities, and the reasons for their effectiveness were discussed. One crucial element I learned is that GTKY activities should be safe, simple, flexible, and purposeful. I am thankful to ITI and Tom for arranging such a productive and purposeful workshop.
